If you are already a Photoshop Elements 8 user, there maybe some nuggets amongst the tutorials that might help you to figure out why your pic doesn’t quite look right. An example might be getting rid of the fringing that occurs around your subject when your blurring the background using the Gaussian Blur, or adding Noise to your image helping to blend both the blurred areas of the image in with the sharper areas, giving it that more natural look.

It’s another alternative to Color Popping and gives the attention to your subject, putting you back in control!
